Cancellation Policy
Steele Studios LLC Policy Think Outside The Square 1. Booking & Payment Requirements All sessions must be booked through our official website. A payment or required deposit must be submitted at the time of booking to secure your date and time. Bookings are not considered confirmed until payment has been received. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life moves unexpectedly. Clients may reschedule their booking with at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled session. Cancellations made 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a reschedule or partial credit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will result in a full forfeiture of payment. 3. Late Arrival Policy Clients are expected to arrive on time and prepared for their scheduled session. A 10–15 minute grace period may be allowed depending on the service. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time to respect other scheduled clients. Arrivals beyond 20 minutes may be considered a no-show and subject to cancellation without refund. 4. Communication Expectations Clear and timely communication is essential. All booking details, confirmations, and updates will be sent via email or the provided contact method. Clients are responsible for reviewing all service details prior to booking. Any changes, questions, or concerns must be communicated before the scheduled session date. 5. Service Preparation Requirements Clients are expected to come prepared for their session based on the service booked. This may include (but is not limited to): Wardrobe selections Creative direction ideas Required materials or props Punctual arrival at the agreed location Steele Studios will provide guidance where applicable, but preparation remains a shared responsibility. 6. Creative Rights & Delivery All content created by Steele Studios reflects the brand’s creative direction and professional standards. Turnaround times and deliverables will be communicated per service. 7. Agreement to Terms By booking a service with Steele Studios, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above. These standards are in place to ensure a respectful, efficient, and high-quality experience for every client served.
