Welcome to the Zaid’s Home-Cooked Breakfast page. This platform was created in September 2024 during a deeply personal season of my weight loss journey. I took time away from family, friends, and social media to focus on rebuilding myself and creating healthier habits for the path ahead.
From 2024 to 2026, I have lost 30 pounds through discipline, consistency, and learning how to care for myself in a new way. What began as a personal commitment soon became something greater, a space rooted in encouragement, accountability, and community.
