Zaid's Home Cooked Breakfast began in 2024 as a personal journey rooted in wellness, discipline, and intentional living. What started as a commitment to healthier eating and weight loss soon grew into a platform centered around nourishment both physical and communal.
Through this initiative, Zaid Steele partnered with Fruit of Labor in Raleigh, North Carolina, to host a Sunday brunch focused on nutritious food and meaningful connection. The gathering created space for open conversation, shared experiences, and community building bringing people together not just to eat, but to be present, to reflect, and to grow alongside one another.
